Endura Hummvee Mountain Bike Baggy Cycling Shorts II with Liner
The iconic and original MTB baggy short, the HUMMVEE SHORT II WITH LINER, was originally developed by working with London delivery couriers back in the day. Versatile enough to be adopted by mountain-bikers too, it can be seen on both the trail and the daily commute, and comes complete with a padded liner short.
Tried and tested, this short has outlived many a bike, with its durability ensured through the incorporation of tough nylon and double stitching in critical areas, making it nearly indestructible. The short is made in a tough nylon mini-ripstop fabric with a DWR finish for effective spray protection, and critical seams are also twin-needled for added security.
Regarding the product details, the fabric type is 100% Nylon, and the care instructions are Hand Wash Only. The origin is Imported, and the closure type is Button.
About this item, the Durable Nylon rip stop fabric with DWR water repellant finish helps keep the wearer dry. It includes a removable Clickfast liner with a supple 200 series pad for a comfortable ride. Zipped thigh vents with mesh inserts provide maximum breathability, and zipped hand, cargo pockets and large rear map pockets offer secure storage.
The design philosophy behind this much-loved icon of the MTB scene was to create a versatile product that could meet the needs of urban cycling couriers. We asked them what they needed in a pair of urban cycling shorts, and the Hummvee short was born.
The product comes complete with an Endura Clickfast detachable liner. The liner is made with a light-weight stretch mesh, elastic waistband, and silicon hem grippers, and the seat pad is our very own 200 series pad for wicking comfort throughout the day. The liner can be quickly clicked in and out with the Clickfast attachment system, which is interchangeable with other MTB cycle shorts in our range.
